Barista Course

Our amazing Year 11 and 12 Hospitality students completed a two day barista course. I was so impressed with the commitment of our tauira to complete the theory and practical elements. On day two of our barista course we learnt how to make hot chocolates, flat whites and mochas. Our lucky kaiako got special deliveries of coffee and muffins.
